Burning Giraffe Tattoos’ lead artist, Sara Durant, now offers an Online Cancellation List! Full Day Fit-In-Appointments and 1 Hour Fit-In Appointments are the perfect way to get that memorable piece you've always wanted without the wait!

Full Day Fit-In-Appointments are full day (5 hour) appointments and 1 Hour Fit-In-Appointments are tattoos that can be completed within one session OR can be the start to a larger project that requires more than one session. (You will be required to book any and all necessary additional sessions through this method – NO EXCEPTIONS)

Booking your appointment for Fit-ins

Fit-In-Appointments will be available to Sara Durant’s existing and scheduled clients 12 hours prior to public online booking. Any and all appointments that are NOT scheduled by existing clients will be posted online and will be made available for public online booking – NO EXCEPTIONS. These appointments will be made available on a first come basis.

Fit-In-Appointments, once available online, can be booked anytime online using our “Book Now” feature found on our Facebook page, Instagram, or website https://burninggiraffetattoos.com/fit-ins.

New Fit-in Appointments will open on the LAST FRIDAY of each month at 9 a.m. for appointments available for the following month. PLEASE NOTE: If all appointments are booked by existing clients and there are no available appointments for online booking, an updated post will be made. (If our booking app does not offer the date or time you want, unfortunately, it has already been booked and is unavailable).

Booking Policy

·  Appointments or Deposit MUST be paid in full at the time of booking.

·  Payments are Non-Refundable and Appointments are Non-Transferable.

·  You may not reschedule a Fit-In-Appointment.

·  If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate for a Fit In Appointment, same studio policies apply.

After Booking

Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a link within your confirmation email for you to submit the following info directly to your tattoo artist:

· Written Description of Idea

· Visual Reference Material/Pictures

· Desired Placement (ie. Left Lower Arm/Wrist)

· Approximate Size (in inches) 

***Reference Material Must Be Submitted Within 72 Hours of Booking***

Tattoos will be Drawn BEFORE your Appointment - In Person Consultations are NOT Required

Booking With a Gift Certificate

Fit In Appointments require payment at time of booking. If you would like to redeem a purchased gift certificate for a Fit In Appointment, please let us know in the ‘Comment’ section with your Gift Certificate No. at time of booking. Burning Giraffe Tattoos will reimburse the value of your Gift Certificate on the day of your appointment. If you do not notify us at time of booking, we will not be able to reimburse the amount on the day of your appointment - NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have an appointment booked with Sara already, and are not already part of our Client Facebook Group, please contact us, or stop in the studio, and we will be happy to assist you with this.
